Corrigendum to Council Decision 2009/1017/EU of 22 December 2009 on the granting of State aid by the authorities of the Republic of Hungary for the purchase of agricultural land between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2013

On Page 55, recital 6, second indent, second phrase:

for:

‘The grant may be allocated to a private person who, on the date of purchase, was involved in an agricultural activity as the owner of at least 5 hectares of plantations or 1 hectare of other agricultural land…’

read:

‘The grant may be allocated to a private person who, on the date of purchase, was involved in an agricultural activity as the owner of at least 0,5 hectares of plantations or 1 hectare of other agricultural land…’.
