COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3327/94 of 21 December 1994 amending Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products (1), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 2807/94 (2), and in particular Article 17 (4) thereof, Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 3115/94 of 20 December 1994 amending Annexes I and II to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 of 23 July 1987 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (3), provides for amendments in the case of certain cheeses falling within CN code 0406 from 1 January 1995; Whereas Commission Regulation (EC) No 3846/87 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 2079/94 (5), establishes, on the basis of the Combined Nomenclature, an agricultural product nomenclature for the refunds; whereas this nomenclature should be adjusted in line with the above amendment; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 Section 10 of the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 1 January 1995. THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Article 1
Section 10 of the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.
Article 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply from 1 January 1995.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
