***** COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3203/80 of 10 December 1980 amending various Regulations concerning wine in respect of accompanying documents, import licences and the arrangements for coupage and wine-making in the Community free zones, as a result of the accession of Greece THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 146 thereof, Whereas, pursuant to Article 22 of the Act of Accession, the adaptations to the instruments listed in Annex II to the said Act are to be drawn up in conformity with the guidelines set out in that Annex; Whereas, in the wine sector, the said Annex II includes provision for adaptations to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1153/75 (1), to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2115/76 (2) and to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 643/77 (3), HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 1. The following is added in the second subparagraph of Article 10 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1153/75: '- 'Exachthén' 2. In Annex V to Regulation (EEC) No 2115/76, the following expressions are added to the title of the corresponding spaces and to note 1 referring to space 16: 'PARARTIMA V 1. Exagogéas 2. Arithmós 3. 4. Paralíptis 5. Pistopoiitikó Onomasías Proeléfseos 6. Metaforikó méso 7. Vin de liqueur - Boberg 8. Tópos ekfortóseos 9. Símata kai arithmoí, arithmós kai eídos demáton 10. Miktó város 11. Lítra 12. Lítra (olográfos) 13. Theórisi toy ekdídontos organismoý (vl. metáfrasi ston arith. 15) 14. Theórisi toy Teloneíoy 15. Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 643/77 is amended as follows: (a) The following terms are added to paragraph 2: 'Oínos paraskevastheís se eléftheri zóni gia apostolí se tríti chóra, kanonismós (EOK) arith. 643/77.' (b) The following terms are added to the second subparagraph of paragraph 3: 'Éxodos apó to geografikó chóro tis Koinótitos ypó to kathestós poy provlépetai ston títlo IV tmíma I toy kanonismoý (EOK) arith. 233/77.' Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1981. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 10 December 1980. THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN

COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Article 146 thereof,

Whereas, pursuant to Article 22 of the Act of Accession, the adaptations to the instruments listed in Annex II to the said Act are to be drawn up in conformity with the guidelines set out in that Annex;

Whereas, in the wine sector, the said Annex II includes provision for adaptations to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1153/75 (1), to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2115/76 (2) and to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 643/77 (3),

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:

1. The following is added in the second subparagraph of Article 10 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1153/75: '- 'Exachthén'

2. In Annex V to Regulation (EEC) No 2115/76, the following expressions are added to the title of the corresponding spaces and to note 1 referring to space 16:

3. Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 643/77 is amended as follows:

(b) The following terms are added to the second subparagraph of paragraph 3:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1981.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
