COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 684/79 OF 5 APRIL 1979 AMENDING REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 950/68 ON THE COMMON CUSTOMS TARIFF AS REGARDS THE NOMENCLATURE OF HYBRID MAIZE INTENDED FOR SOWING THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAVING REGARD TO THE TREATY ESTABLISHING THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY , HAVING REGARD TO COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 2358/71 OF 26 OCTOBER 1971 ON THE COMMON ORGANIZATION OF THE MARKET IN SEEDS ( 1 ), AS LAST AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 234/79 ( 2 ), AND IN PARTICULAR ARTICLE 6 ( 5 ) THEREOF , WHEREAS THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE 6 OF REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 2358/71 INVOLVES THE FIXING OF DIFFERENT COUNTERVAILING CHARGES ON IMPORT OF THE VARIOUS TYPES OF HYBRID MAIZE INTENDED FOR SOWING ; WHEREAS EACH OF THESE TYPES MUST THEREFORE BE DESCRIBED SEPARATELY IN THE NOMENCLATURE OF THE COMMON CUSTOMS TARIFF IN ORDER THAT THE CHARGES MAY BE CORRECTLY APPLIED ; WHEREAS , PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 8A OF REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 2358/71 , THE TARIFF NOMENCLATURE RESULTING FROM THE APPLICATION OF THAT REGULATION IS SET OUT IN THE COMMON CUSTOMS TARIFF ANNEXED TO COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 950/68 OF 28 JUNE 1968 ( 3 ), AS LAST AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 2800/78 ( 4 ); WHEREAS THE MEASURES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS REGULATION ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPINION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR SEEDS , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ARTICLE 1 THE COMMON CUSTOMS TARIFF ANNEXED TO REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 950/68 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS : THE ENTRY IN RESPECT OF SUBHEADING 10.05 A IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS : // // // RATE OF DUTY // // HEADING NO // DESCRIPTION // AUTONOMOUS % OR LEVY ( L ) // CONVENTIONAL % // // 1 // 2 // 3 // 4 // // 10.05 // MAIZE : // // A . THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN
COMMUNITIES ,
HAVING REGARD TO THE TREATY ESTABLISHING THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY ,
HAVING REGARD TO COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 2358/71 OF 26 OCTOBER 1971 ON THE COMMON ORGANIZATION OF THE MARKET IN SEEDS ( 1 ), AS LAST AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) NO 234/79 ( 2 ), AND IN PARTICULAR ARTICLE 6 ( 5 ) THEREOF ,
